Original Christmas Song

We wrote a Christmas song last week called We Come Back and Tony (Union Line drummer) offered to record it for us. We completed the song start to finish in one night, and documented for your enjoyment are some crazy antics of the evening. Watch out for gargoyles…

Listen to the song on our myspace, or on our facebook

Infinite gratitude and appreciation bestowed upon our recording staff of the evening:

Recording wizard and drumming extraordinaire “THE” Tony Union Line.

Our resident pedal nerd, blessed by the Gods with a mane to make any wild steed blush, Johhny Union Line.

And of course, This Mistress of haircuts, aka Peachy no-no, aka Tony’s girl…Gina! Who was nice enough to read Twilight all night and let her man record us.

Local Natives @....Josh And Sharon’s Wedding

Yep. For the supremely nominal fee of $500, you too can have Local Natives play slightly softer versions of their songs to hundreds of your tuxedoed and high-heeled friends on the most important day of your life. We met Josh and Sharon at a Zero Film Festival event we played last month. I can safely say this was the coolest place I have ever played a show. On top of a super nice apartment building in downtown. Check it out.

Ryan used his incredible movie editing software skillz to put this video together

I’ll end with my favorite dance moments of the night:
Sharon danced the first song entirely by herself. Literally. I hope my bride is that awesome.

Uh girl.

These two were my favorite. If only you could have seen the insane things this woman was doing to this man in his amazing serape/kimono getup.

Bride and Groom and band.

See you at the vow renewals next year!
What song of would you want us to play whilst you tied the knot forever with the love of your life?
